Are you ready to make your mark as part of the Change & Adoption Team in our market leading Practice Solutions function? The Change Manager will lead the planning and delivery of change initiatives for innovation, AI and legal technology initiatives at White & Case. The role covers all aspects of change management, including change design and planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, business engagement, training, metrics tracking and adoption. The Change Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and uptake of innovation, AI and legal technology initiatives within the firm. We are keen to meet people who work most comfortably in a programme environment, and can design change projects with defined tasks, activities and milestones.
