About the Role Accenture's Capability Network is seeking a Change Management Consultant to drive enterprise transformation as part of the Talent & Organization practice. You will define change strategies, enable adoption, and collaborate with international teams to create value for clients through culture and behavior change. What You'll Do
- Define Change Management strategies to address stakeholders’ challenges and expectations, supporting business transformational change programs.
- Utilize social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
- Support clients in developing change capability for agile transformation.
- Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and manage stakeholder agreement meetings.
- Perform Change Management Impact Analysis and establish treatment plans.
