Job title: Category Lead, SCM
Reports to: AVP Supply Chain Management
Department: SCM
Job purpose Develop and execute category (Technical, Engineering & Project, Production Operations & Maintenance, Community Relation & Safety, General Services & Information Technology, Security) strategies for procurement of goods and services to support the exploration and production of oil and gas in in Heirs Energies. This is to ensure that the outsourcing objective of the company which is value for money in vendors’ service deliveries is met.
Principal accountabilities
- Lead the development and implementation of methodologies to achieve lean and agile Category supply chains and drive continuous improvement for accountable Category with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the development of fit-for-purpose contract strategies that will ensure security of supply and value for money.
