About this role
The role
As a CAS Global Staff Scientist, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading IDEA and EVALUATE phase NPI workstreams aligned to CAS strategy and business objectives.
- Designing and delivering research programmes to develop new catalysts, materials and emission control technologies.
- Managing project budgets, milestones, risks and phase reviews while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
- Building strong partnerships across global development hubs, commercial teams, business development and operations.
- Supporting customer engagement through technical presentations, training and advanced catalyst system design guidance.
- Contributing to external collaborations, including university research programmes and future technology opportunities.
