Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Card Operations Officer to manage the end-to-end operations of the Bank's debit, prepaid, and other payment card services.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless card issuance, transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulatory and card scheme requirements.
- The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in card operations within a fintech company or a digital bank, with a solid understanding of payment card systems, transaction monitoring, switching platforms, and settlement processes.
