Motorola Solutions seeks a CAD Product Owner to steward the backlog for the CAD product, translate customer needs into actionable user stories, and partner with engineering and product management to drive delivery across multiple initiatives. The role requires deep technical understanding, backlog management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Own and manage the backlog for the CAD value stream, contribute to the product roadmap, and translate customer and market needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineering teams to refine backlog, define technical implementation, and manage multiple initiatives from idea to feature completion.
