Job title: Business Quality Technician
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to take on the challenging role of Business Quality Technician. This role can be filled at any of the Wolfspeed manufacturing locations, Durham, NC; Marcy, NY; Fayetteville, AR, or Belfast NI. This person will be responsible for preparing and organizing documentation to support our quality business processes. To be successful in this role, the person will collaborate with internal teams within Quality and Operations to track, maintain, and report on those processes within the Wolfspeed Quality Management System. The Day-to-Day: Work under the direction of quality engineers and with process stakeholders, such as Operations, Quality, Sales, and Project Management, to align and draft documentation related to Product Change Notifications (PCNs) that will be delivered to our customers.
