About the Role Aledade is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst for our Operational Health team to pull, analyze, and report on key performance indicators across Practice Success. Working closely with leadership, you will translate complex data into actionable insights and utilize project management tools to drive workflows to successful execution. What You'll Do
- Data Support, Analysis & Reporting: Assist with the collection and analysis of quantitative data regarding the operational health of the Practice Success business unit. Partner with team leadership to summarize data and qualitative feedback to help identify areas for continuous improvement. Coordinate with the business intelligence team to help gather and document requirements for operational dashboards and trackers.
