About this role
About the Role As a Business Analyst II, you’ll assist Implementation Managers and IT project teams to complete customer startup projects and demand requests. You will develop and maintain documentation, configure systems, perform testing, identify and resolve issues, and provide support to internal and external customers. What You'll Do
- Coordinate with Implementation Managers and IT project teams to develop an implementation plan
- Document and maintain project artifacts clearly and concisely
- Under the direction of a project lead, assist in configuring and creating custom application solutions
- Complete and document unit testing and integration testing activities
- Coordinate and document user acceptance testing activities
- Identify, define, and resolve minor issues during the implementation process, escalating complex issues to more senior team members
