DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Finance Business Partner in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for various business units. Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend reporting to inform business performance and identify improvement opportunities. Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with business units to gather, validate, and document financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Identify, recommend, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop business cases and financial models to support new initiatives, product launches, or strategic projects.
