About the Role The Credit Union of New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support core banking systems, analyze processes, gather requirements, and assist with system implementations and upgrades to support member services. This role collaborates with internal staff and vendors to drive efficiency, automation, and an exceptional member experience. This is an onsite opportunity based in Ewing Township, NJ. What You'll Do
- Lead and support initiatives that introduce new products, services, system enhancements, and process improvements aligned with business goals and member needs.
- Analyze business processes, member experiences, and operational workflows to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, automation, and service delivery to membership.
