About the Role The Boarding House Tutor will support both boys and other boarding staff within the academy's boarding house and help run the activities program. The role involves guiding pupils with academic work, addressing concerns, and supporting their organisational and social development. A personable, patient approach and the ability to engage with pupils in social settings are essential. What You'll Do
- Support boys and boarding staff within the boarding house.
- Help run the activities program and supervise pupils during term time.
- Offer academic guidance and assist with any concerns.
- Support pupils with organisation, social development and wellbeing.
- Build trusting relationships by spending time with boys in social environments.
- Work as part of a safeguarding-conscious team within a term-time schedule (34 weeks per year, 9 hours per week). What We're Looking For
