An experienced Associate (3-5 PQE) with a proven track record in M&A is sought to join Squire Patton Boggs' Corporate team in Birmingham. You will work on a range of high-profile corporate matters and have opportunities for progression within a global firm committed to collaboration and client service. What You'll Do

Work on high-profile UK and international M&A and corporate transactions alongside highly respected partners.

Contribute to a growing Birmingham Corporate practice, supporting deal teams and helping manage cross-border matters.

Qualified as an Associate with 3-5 PQE and a proven track record in M&A.
