Position Summary:
The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager to ensure overall performance of the warehouse and to ensure that the warehouse performance objectives and standards are achieved.
Main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with overseeing all aspects of customer requirements including but not limited to inventory accuracy, distribution, receiving, housekeeping, and logistics.
- Working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all aspects of the warehouse operations are executed.
- Assist with managing operations activities such as planning, directing and implementing warehouse operations, procedures and providing support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels.
