About the Role As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in all areas and cover primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. You will lead and develop the store team to deliver an EPIC customer experience and help drive store performance. What You'll Do
- Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
- Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules and Company policies.
- Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
