Duties
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including bartending, cooking, and kitchen help
- Collaborate with the manager to create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure food production meets quality standards and follows food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and record keeping
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of bartending, cooking, and kitchen operations
