Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional, commercially astute, and visionary leader to serve as our Assistant General Manager – APA Operations.
The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide strategic leadership for the Company's APA business, driving sustainable growth, Retirement Savings Account (RSA) acquisition, retail and institutional market expansion, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and overall business performance. You will also be responsible for growing the Company's balance sheet, strengthening its brand, fostering innovation, and positioning NAPAL as a leading Accredited Pension Agent in Nigeria.
