LOCATION: CBRE KL BSO, Bangsar South

PURPOSE OF ROLE: Responsible for service delivery to agreed portfolio of clients in line with agreed client specific service level agreements

Involve in part of the client communication and ensuring delivery of all reporting for allocated client portfolio.
Prepare Fund/Holdco and SPVs reporting and financial statements based on client requirements, including management fee calculation.
Prepare consolidation accounts as needed.
To provide bespoke financial analysis reporting as per client requirements e.g. cashflow reporting.
