About Us Facilities and Real Estate Division (FRE) serves the University of Toronto’s three campuses and is responsible for ensuring that the University’s physical infrastructure reflects the scale, ambition, and global standing of its academic enterprise. The division plays a central role in aligning campus infrastructure, capital investment, and real estate strategy with the University’s academic priorities and long-term sustainability. FRE manages several key portfolios, including Facilities and Services, University Planning Design & Construction, Spaces & Experiences and Real Estate Partnerships. We strive to provide efficient and effective services that support the University's mission, values and commitments.
