Role Overview
- The AI Transformation Lead sits at the centre of that commitment. This is a mid-level management role responsible for two equally important mandates: driving the adoption and integration of AI tools and workflows across Splashers' internal operations, and designing and delivering AI-powered solutions for client engagements. The person in this role will translate AI strategy into executable programmes, build internal capability, and position Splashers as a credible and forward-thinking AI delivery partner in the market.
- This role is not a research position. It is an execution and delivery role. The right candidate combines strategic clarity with hands-on implementation experience and the communication skills to bring both internal stakeholders and external clients along on the journey.
