About this role
We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional with a background in the Oil & Gas servicing industry to join our finance team and support the company’s financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledgers.
- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing in line with contract terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
