Job Summary
- The Accounts Officer will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper documentation of financial activities.
- This is an entry-level role suitable for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience who is eager to build a career in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Assist with daily cash and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records.
- Process supplier invoices and assist with payment preparation.
- Monitor and update accounts receivable and payable records.
