JOB PURPOSE This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.
As an Account Director for our North American In-House function, you will take full operational ownership of our embedded account portfolio in Toronto and across North America. You will provide day-to-day leadership across recruitment, onboarding, client servicing, commercial administration, reporting and employee support, working closely with the Client Partner and delivery teams.
